I am one of ONLY two AQB Certified USPAP Instructors in the state of New Mexico.
I have written Appraisal Courses for and regularly instruct all the Appraisal Curriculum Courses for The International RIght of Way Association - from a basic Introduction To Appraisal to an extremely deep and comprehensive Problems In The Valuation of Partial Acquisitions.
I am a contributory author of the International Right of Way Association "Principles of Right of Way, 2nd Edition".
