My practice centers on narrative commercial appraisal, land valuation, eminent domain, and appraisal review, with particular depth in right-of-way and complex property valuation challenges. I hold an undergraduate degree in Applied Mathematics and an MBA, and I'm on the CDOT Qualified Appraiser Panel and an active member of the International Right of Way Association.
