Craig DiCecco is a Florida-based real estate appraiser and Principal of Futurehome Appraisal Services, Inc., providing independent valuation and consulting services throughout the Tampa Bay region, including Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Manatee, and Sarasota counties. In addition to his appraisal practice, he works with Staebler Consulting, specializing in reserve studies and insurance appraisals for condominium and homeowner associations. His appraisal practice focuses on residential and condominium valuation, including complex assignments involving high-value properties, new construction, and markets with limited comparable data.
