The rise in interest rates over the past 12 months have taken a toll on the real estate markets. Transaction activity is down significantly, and real estate values have declined. Artificial Intelligence: The Promise, Value Potential & Pitfalls
While incremental advances have been at play for years, artificial intelligence exploded into the public consciousness only recently with breakthroughs in machine learning and proliferation of generative AI for the masses as typified by Chat GPT. Although AI offers seemingly unlimited promise, it also carries significant potential risk if not responsibly employed. What are the best opportunities for real estate appraisal? For consulting? What are the potential pitfalls and ultimate responsibilities of the user? How can one learn to effectively employ AI? Where may the future lead? These questions and more will be explored by three iconic practitioners in the real estate industry.

  • Find out where you can use the different AI Technologies
  • Should you use ChatGPT to write parts of your appraisal report?
  • What are the advantages of using AI in appraising?
