Application
Up to 125 participants will be selected and all applicants must be a Designated Member, Candidate or Practicing Affiliate in good standing with the Appraisal Institute.
The following items are required for LDAC 2021 registration and must be submitted online at the time of registration:
  • Application form (to be completed by the nominee online);
  • Letter of recommendation from an Appraisal Institute Designated Member or Chapter Executive Director which gives a clear picture of the nominee’s abilities and professional activities (letter to be addressed to Jacinto Munoz, LDAC 2021 Chair);
  • Photograph of nominee (headshot suitable for conference program book); and
  • Registration fee of $680 (refunded if the nominee is not selected to attend).
Waiting List
Once the registration period ends, or when the program reaches capacity (whichever happens first), a waiting list will be started. Up to 15 names will be taken for this list. When a registrant cancels, the waiting list will be contacted in order of position on the list. If the individual contacted chooses not to register, the next person on the list will be contacted.

Continuing Education
Up to 45 Points of Appraisal Institute continuing education (CE) credit may be earned for participating in the Leadership Development and Advisory Council conference. Please refer to Regulation No. 10: Continuing Education for more details. CE will be granted at the end of the conference, after full participation is documented.
