This class will be presented as scheduled, assuming all Stay at Home Orders and travel restrictions due to the Covid 19 pandemic have been lifted across the country, and assuming minimum enrollments levels have been reached.


You will be asked to clear the calculator’s memory before and after the examination. Only one calculator is permitted in the testing room. Examinees taking most AI exams may bring their own calculator to use during the exam. Laptops, cellular phones, tablets, iPads, wearable technology (smart watch, Apple Watch, Google Glass, etc.), and other devices that can store data or connect to the Internet are NOT permitted during the exam. In addition, all watches, wallets, bags, and purses must be removed and stored out of reach prior to taking the exam.

TIME:  Wednesday July 22: Check in 8:00 am / Course 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

Thursday July 23: Course 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

Friday July 24: Course 8:30 am to 4:00 pm / Exam 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm

REGISTER EARLY AND SAVE: Register by June 1 to take advantage of the Early Discounted Price. Tuitions will increase $50 on June 2, and an additional $50 on July 10. 

LOCATION: The University of San Diego, 5998 Alcala Park, Classroom Avila B-100, San Diego, CA 92110. A campus map showing the exact location of the classroom will be emailed to each enrolled student one week prior to the first day of class. 

PARKING ON CAMPUS: Instructions about parking on campus, and how to purchase a parking permit, will be emailed to each enrolled student approximately two weeks prior to the first day of class.
