Unless otherwise noted, the course price does not include a copy of the current USPAP edition, which is required for course credit. When the chapter does not include, participants must bring their own copy of the USPAP edition to class.

Additional Information

This class will be the new 2020/2021 USPAP.

This class will be held at the University of Phoenix, 300 S. Crayccroft Rd., Tucson 85711

Registration will open at 8:00 am and instruction will begin at 8:30.

Everyone MUST bring a copy of the new USPAP with you to the class, either in print or electronic format. You may not take the class without it. It can be purchased from the Appraisal Foundation website when it becomes available. I will NOT have copies of USPAP, so please purchase them before you come.

National also requires that you have a copy of AI's class materials which you can either download or have National ship to you directly. You no longer have the option of picking up the materials on site.  (This is in addition to the USPAP book, which you also must have with you!)
