Class begins at 8:30 AM and ends approximately 4:30 pm. You are on your own for lunch; Beverages will be provided. There is not a Virtual Option for this class. 100% attendance is required.

Unless otherwise noted, the course price does not include a copy of the current USPAP edition, which is required for course credit. When the chapter does not include, participants must bring their own copy of the USPAP edition to class. There is a $15 cancellation fee once you have registered and decide to cancel. Starting March 23rd you will pay a $50 cancel fee for costs incurred by the chapter. Cancellations March 29 or no show on March 30 will not be refunded. Cancellations must be emailed to the chapter at metronj@ai-newjersey.org.

You are required to bring your materials to class: If you registered and did not pay extra for a hard copy of the materials you will download your materials prior to class and either print on your own or bring your laptop to class. Please bring an extension chord for power. The materials included in your registration is the 2022-2023 7 Hour USPAP Update Student Handbook and the Reference Manual. The 2020-2021 USPAP book is still current for this class. Please bring your book to class or the download on your computer, which you will be asked to show the instructor. If you do not have a copy of the USPAP book, you can purchase from the Appraisal Foundation (either a hard copy or a download) at www.appraisalfoundation.org.

State Credit
Please note that 100% attendance is required in order to receive any approved state credit or to be awarded AI CE points. It is imperative that you check with your state board for state approval information before completing registration.
