Class Information: The class will be held at the Salt Lake Board of Realtors office
in the Auditorium: 230 W Towne Ridge Pkwy, Sandy UT.
Registration will begin at 8:00am
Class will begin at 8:30am
Class will end at 4:30pm You will have an hour on your own for lunch. Parking is free. There is a hotel directly across the street from the SL Board of Realtors building: The Hyatt House Salt Lake City/Sandy. We do not receive a discount.

Cancellation Policy
• Up To 15 days prior to program start date,
$10.00 cancellation fee
• 7 - 14 days prior to program start date,
$25.00 cancellation fee
• Less than 7 days prior to program start date,
forfeit of payment
Cancellations/Refunds: Requests for
cancellations must be received in writing at the chapter office. Confirmed
students should not assume that cancellation has been granted until a
confirmation has been received. Direct your email requests to: execdir@ai-utah.com.
The Utah Chapter of the Appraisal Institute is
not responsible for students' non-refundable airline reservations or other
travel expenses. The Chapter reserves the right to cancel, limit, or reschedule
the program and to change faculty assignments and facility locations at any
time.

Class Materials-Download: Please bring your download materials with you or have them loaded on
your laptop ready for viewing. No additional materials will be available at the
class. Please download your materials before you come to class.
Class Materials-Printed: If
you opted to purchase a printed material at an additional fee when registering,
they will be shipped directly to you, please bring them with you. No additional materials will be available at the class.

Course Attendance:
One hundred percent (100%) attendance is required for all Appraisal Institute
education programs. This follows Appraiser Qualification Board minimum criteria
requirements. Students should not be late or leave early. If you are late or
leave early you will not receive credit.

State Credit
Please note that 100% attendance is required in order to receive any approved state credit or to be awarded AI CE points. It is imperative that you check with your state board for state approval information before completing registration.
