Notes

Registration begins at 8:00 am until 8:30 am - Class begins at 8:30 am and goes until 4:30 pm with 1 hour for lunch. The registration fee DOES NOT include a copy of the 2020-2021 USPAP. Students must bring a copy (hard copy or electronic) with them. To purchase a print or electronic copy of the publication, please visit The Appraisal Foundation. In addition, you must also bring the Student Handbook which is provided as an electronic download when you register. If you prefer you can purchase a hard copy at time of registration. You will need both the 2020-2021 USPAP and the Student Handbook to attend the course. None will be available at the class room site.  

This course will be offered via Zoom video conferencing. To attend, you must have a microphone and web camera. Additionally, you must make a scan or picture of your driver's license and email it to the instructor at bhall@apogeeappraisals.com. This will be used to verify your identity and attendance.

Cancellation Policy

Registrations can be cancelled or transfered to a different date up to 7 days prior to the start of the course. Cancellations or transfers within 7 days of the start of the class are subject to a $30 processing fee.

This course has been approved by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce for 7 hours for appraisal continuing education.

State Credit

Please note that 100% attendance is required in order to receive any approved state credit or to be awarded AI CE points. It is imperative that you check with your state board for state approval information before completing registration.
