7 Hour USPAP: This is a 7-Hour Course with three (3) required books; the Appraisal Foundation 2020-2021 USPAP Book which you should have from your last USPAP class, the 2022-2023, 7 Hour USPAP Student Manual and the 2022-2023 Reference Manual. The chapter will not have copies of the student manual or the reference manual or the USPAP book; you can purchase the student manual and the reference manual when registering or will have access to the download (everyone has access to the download even if you order materials) The USPAP book can be purchased if you don't have the 2020-2021 edition from the Appraisal Foundation, www.appraisalfoundation.org. Please keep in mind that you need to choose materials at registration to get a hard copy of the Appraisal Institute's 7 Hour 2022-2023 USPAP manuals, otherwise you will only receive the download version. The chapter will not have any books for sale at class.

Unless otherwise noted, the course price does not include a copy of the current USPAP edition, which is required for course credit. When the chapter does not include, participants must bring their own copy of the USPAP edition to class. If a student wishes to cancel enrollment, a
cancellation notice must be submitted in writing via email stating the reason
for the cancellation to Debra Miller at metronj@ai-newjersey.org.
A $10 administrative fee is charged for
cancellations after registration and up to 8 days before the program.
There will be no refunds for cancellation 2 days before the program.

This class will be
held Virtually on Zoom. You will receive a Zoom link prior to the class. You
must follow the Virtual Education requirements providing a picture ID and using
a Webcam and Audio functions on your electronic device to be seen and heard
throughout the program. You cannot take virtual education from a vehicle. You will need to be on cameral for 100% of the class with audio. If you are not or have technical difficulties you will be cancelled from the class and receive a partial refund. Class
will run from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. There will be 5 minute breaks throughout the
program and a one hour lunch. The
class will open at 8:00 am to check devices and ensure you can meet the Virtual
education requirements. Roll
call was start at 8:30 am sharp.

The chapter
reserves the right to change class dates, location, and instructor if
necessary, especially during the pandemic. If this is a Virtual Class, you must
be able to meet the Virtual Education audio-video requirements to get credit
for this course.

State Credit
Please note that 100% attendance is required in order to receive any approved state credit or to be awarded AI CE points. It is imperative that you check with your state board for state approval information before completing registration.
