To ensure success in this course, it is important that you attend a short preclass webinar, which details the unique expectations not only for this course/package, but also the preclass assignment as well.
 
You will be asked to clear the calculator’s memory before and after the examination. Only one calculator is permitted in the testing room. Examinees taking most AI exams may bring their own calculator to use during the exam. Laptops, cellular phones, tablets, iPads, wearable technology (smart watch, Apple Watch, Google Glass, etc.), and other devices that can store data or connect to the Internet are NOT permitted during the exam. In addition, all watches, wallets, bags, and purses must be removed and stored out of reach prior to taking the exam.
 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

- Up to 15 days prior to program start date, $25.00 cancellation fee. 

- 7-14 days prior to program start date, $50.00 cancellation fee.

- Less than 7 days prior to program start date, forfeit of payment.   


Transfer Policy:

- A $25 dollar fee is required to be paid to transfer into another program at any time prior to the program start date. 

Additional Information

The Tennessee Chapter is requiring a mask to be worn at all times in the public areas of the class venue.  We will also be adhering to strict social distancing guidelines in order to provide what we believe to be the safest in-person classroom experience possible at this time.


Additionally, there will be no outside food or drink allowed in the building where the class is being held.  Please pack a cooler and plan to go to your vehicle to eat lunch - OR - choose to pickup your lunch curbside or drive-thru a nearby restaurant establishment during your lunch break each day.


Vending machines are available, but they are CASH ONLY.  There are water fountains available if you would like to bring your own water bottle and refill it during the day.

Please note that these are merely suggestions on where to stay.  We do not have a block of rooms anywhere due to the amount of people that use their own points, or choose to utilize cost saving services such as hotwire, priceline, etc... Any hotel in Brentwood will be close and safe to the class venue.  


Nashville also offers Uber and Lyft service options for those that are flying in to take courses and choose not to rent a car.
