To expedite roll call, please provide a copy of your driver's license to the Chapter office for ID verification prior to December 3.  Please cover all information except your full name and photo prior to sending to the Chapter.  If you provided your driver’s license for a previous class, it is not necessary to resubmit.



Tuition includes downloadable course material - it does not include a printed set of course material. TUITION DOES NOT INCLUDE THE 2020-2021 EDITION OF USPAP, WHICH IS REQUIRED FOR THE COURSE, AND IS EFFECTIVE THROUGH 12/31/22.



DOWNLOADABLE Course material is automatically provided to ALL students via a download option. Please have your laptop/reader available with the downloaded material or have a printed copy of the material with you.


If you would like to receive a printed copy of the course material, you will have an option during the registration process to order a set. **Students requesting printed material will be charged a $15.00 material fee plus shipping in addition to the course tuition. (Note that If you do not receive the material shipment in time for the course, please download or print a copy of the material from the Education and Events section of your AI account.)


Please be reminded that all students are required to bring a copy of the 2020-2021 USPAP to class. Credit for the course cannot be given if you don't have the USPAP book with you.

In order to meet CDC and Dallas County COVID-19 guidelines, the Chapter will be taking the following steps to ensure the safety of our students and instructors:

  • Class size will be limited and adjusted as restrictions are amended.
  • Student desks will be spaced at least 6 feet from each other.
  • Students who are not fully vaccinated will be required to wear masks when not seated at their desks and must observe social distancing (6 feet apart) at all times.
  • Students may not attend class if they have an elevated temperature.

Unless otherwise noted, the course price does not include a copy of the current USPAP edition, which is required for course credit. When the chapter does not include, participants must bring their own copy of the USPAP edition to class.

Cancellation Policy

Requests for cancellation must be received in writing at the Chapter Office. The Chapter reserves the right to cancel, limit, or reschedule the seminar and to change faculty assignments at any time. There are NO transfers; you must cancel out of the seminar.  


·         Until November 19 - $50.00 cancellation fee.

·         November 20 to December 2 - $100.00 cancellation fee.

·         After December 2 – no refund.


Additional Information


This seminar will be offered via Zoom Virtual Classroom.  Participants must have a computer or tablet with web camera, audio, microphone and reliable internet connection to participate and receive continuing education credit.  The Zoom platform will be interactive and live.  The instructor must be able to physically see and interact with all students, and students must be able to see and interact with the instructor throughout the class.


After you have registered for the program, a copy of your driver's license must be emailed to the Chapter office for ID verification prior to the offering start date.  Please cover all information except your full name and photo prior to sending to the ChapterIf you provided your driver’s license for a previous class, it is not necessary to resubmit.


A Zoom access link will be emailed to participants prior to the class.  The link will be in a different email than your seminar confirmation. 


You do not need a paid account from Zoom to participate.  If you are using your Ipad/Iphone/smartphone, please download the Zoom app prior to the offering.


Please check your webcam privacy settings on your computer.  If you have a Lenovo laptop, you must have the Lenovo Vantage App installed on your computer for your webcam to work.
