Unless otherwise noted, the course price does not include a copy of the current USPAP edition, which is required for course credit. When the chapter does not include, participants must bring their own copy of the USPAP edition to class.

Please Note: The tuition price does not include a printed copy of the course materials.  If you would like a printed copy the materials, you must chose that option at the time of registration.  If you select the download option, you are required to bring the electronic version to class.  Printed copies are $15 plus shipping.  Materials will not be shipped until four weeks prior to the education start date.

Course approval and issuance of certificates of completion will be the responsibility of the Appraisal Institute.  Students should make appropriate inquires with the Appraisal Institute and State Board to ensure that the course is properly approved by the board.

Class: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Continental breakfast, buffet style lunch, and breaks are included.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: 

·         Up to 15 calendar days prior to the program start date; refund in full.

·         6-14 days calendar prior to the program start date; $50 cancellation fee.

·         Less than 6 calendar days prior to the program start date or "no shows"; forfeit of payment.

The Northwestern Pennsylvania Chapter reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any program due to unforeseen circumstances or lack of student enrollment.

State Credit

Please note that 100% attendance is required in order to receive any approved state credit or to be awarded AI CE points. It is imperative that you check with your state board for state approval information before completing registration.
