registrants understand and agree that continuing education credit for this

Appraisal Institute is not responsible if credit is not available for the

Unless otherwise noted, the course price does not include a copy of the current USPAP edition, which is required for course credit. When the chapter does not include, participants must bring their own copy of the USPAP edition to class. Class Materials: Tuition fee includes the pdf downloadable
copy of class materials. Students may purchase a print copy of class
materials for an additional fee at time of registration. No class
materials will be available at class. Course Schedule: Sign-in 8:15 a.m. Class 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. ET 100%
Attendance is required for all Appraisal Institute education programs. Students
should not be late or leave early. Those missing class times may not receive
credit. Please review "Cancellation Policy".
Class Location: VIRTUAL
Virtual classroom Participation Requirements:
· Students must have a computer, webcam
and microphone capabilities to participate and receive continuing education
credit. · The instructor must be able to
physically see and interact with all students and students must be able to
interact with the instructor. Your
webcam must be on at all times.
Attendance will be monitored throughout the day. · A copy of your driver’s license must be
emailed to the Chapter Office (executive.director@bluegrasschapter-ai.org) as
verification of your identity after you have registered (at least three days
prior to the start date). · You
will receive a separate email from the chapter office with Zoom log-in access
information one day before class. Please contact the chapter office
if you have any questions regarding the participation guidelines at executive.director@bluegrasschapter-ai.org. · If you have a Lenova laptop, you must
have the Lenova Vantage App installed on our computer for the webcam to
operate. The platform will be interactive and live.
USPAP MANUAL ·
You must have your
own copy (either print or electronic version) of the 2020-2021 USPAP to
class; this is the same USPAP Manual as previous as the Manual did not change this year. Please note that students who come to class without the 2020-21
USPAP will not receive continuing education credit. (The 2020-21 USPAP is a separate document from the student course handbook that
you receive from the Appraisal Institute when you register. The 2020-21 USPAP
is not included as part of the class materials, and must be purchased
separately from The Appraisal Foundation at https://www.appraisalfoundation.org/imis/TAF/Store/TAF/Products.aspx.)

Cancellations/Refunds: Requests for cancellations must be
received in writing at the Chapter office. Confirmed students should not assume
that cancellation has been granted until a confirmation has been
received. Cancellation days are BUSINESS DAYS.
Cancel Fees
Up to 15 days prior to
program start date, $10 cancellation fee.
7 - 14 days prior to program start date, $50.00 cancellation fee.
Less than 7 days prior to program start date, forfeit of payment.
The Bluegrass Chapter of the Appraisal
Institute is not responsible for students' non-refundable airline reservations
or other travel expenses. The Chapter reserve the right to cancel, limit, or
reschedule the course and to change the faculty assignments and facility
locations at any time. Prospective students should confirm their registration
before making any non-refundable airline reservations.
Course Attendance: 100% attendance is required for all
Appraisal Institute education programs. This follows Appraiser Qualification
Board minimum criteria requirements.
ADA Policy: If you have a disability and may require
special accommodations, please notify the chapter office at least two weeks in advance
and we will arrange for reasonable accommodations.

State Credit
Please note that 100% attendance is required in order to receive any approved state credit or to be awarded AI CE points. It is imperative that you check with your state board for state approval information before completing registration.
