This class is approved for 4 hours of CE and will be held FIRST on Dec. 11th, 2020:

Registration: 7:30 a.m. 

Class Begins: 8 a.m 

Class Ends: 12 p.m. 


A light breakfast will be served including coffee. 

Another 4 hour class entitled Litigation Assignments for Residential Appraisers: Doing Expert Work on Atypical Cases will be held in the afternoon of the same day (1 p.m. to 5 p.m.).

Attending both of these classes will result in a total of 8 hours of CE for the day.

Parking is located in the Locust Street Garage on the corner of Locust & Clinch Streets.  Cost is $8 per day.

The Knoxville Hilton is directly across the street from the UT Conference Center, but any hotel located in downtown Knoxville will be close to the class venue.  I suggest using Hotwire or Priceline or something like that as we do not have a preferred rate anywhere.
