You will be asked to clear the calculator’s memory before and after the examination. Only one calculator is permitted in the testing room. Examinees taking most AI exams may bring their own calculator to use during the exam. Laptops, cellular phones, tablets, iPads, wearable technology (smart watch, Apple Watch, Google Glass, etc.), and other devices that can store data or connect to the Internet are NOT permitted during the exam. In addition, all watches, wallets, bags, and purses must be removed and stored out of reach prior to taking the exam.

ATTENDANCE POLICY: To receive credit, 100% attendance of classroom time is required for all Appraisal Institute education programs. Partial credit is not permitted.
AI CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT: • Attendance Only – 150 points • Attend and pass exam – 200 points
STATE CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT: It is imperative that students check with their state regulatory board(s) for approval information before completing registration. You may also check the Appraisal Institute’s site HERE for status of state approvals.
TUITION: Tuition includes downloadable set of course materials. It does not include a shipped printed set of material.
STUDENT COURSE MATERIAL: Student course material is automatically provided to ALL students via a download option. Please have your computer/reader available with the downloaded material or have a printed copy of the material with you. If you would like to receive a printed copy of the course material, you will have an option during the registration process to order a set. Students requesting printed material will be charged a material fee plus shipping in addition to the tuition. (Note that if you do not receive the material shipment in time for class, please download or print a copy of the material from the Education and Events section of your AI account.) Download Course Materials:
Log onto your AI Account at www.appraisalinstitute.org with the username and password you used when you registered. Click on “Education and Events” located on the right navigation menu. On the My Events page, find the course under the “Classroom Offerings/Synchronous Offerings/Conferences” heading and click the "View" button. Scroll down to the “Download Course Materials” section and click on each link to download the course materials.

COVID-19 Waiver The Atlanta Area Chapter of the Appraisal Institute reserves the right to cancel any reservations if you do not agree to the terms of the Waiver or otherwise fail to properly deliver a fully executed Waiver. It is your responsibility to ensure that the Waiver is signed and properly returned to the Atlanta Area Chapter Appraisal Institute. Please sign and return the COVID-19 Liability Release Waiver onsite before entering the classroom. Click below for the waiver. A COVID-19 Liability Release Waiver is mandatory to attend this In-Person Event.
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. If the program is filled, e-mail sbrockway@aiatlanta.org to be placed on a waiting list. The Atlanta Area Chapter of the Appraisal Institute is not responsible for registrants' non-refundable airline reservations, lodging, or other expenses incurred by the participant. If you have a disability and require accommodation, please notify the Chapter office at least two weeks in advance. We will arrange for reasonable accommodation.
Enrollment Cancellation Policy: If a registrant wishes to cancel registration, a cancellation notice must be submitted in writing via email stating the reason for the cancellation and his/her AI account # to sbrockway@aiatlanta.org. Enrollment Cancellation Fees:
• Up to 15 days prior to the program start date, $25 cancel fee • 3-14 days prior to the program start date, $50 cancel fee • Less than 3 days prior to the program start date, no refund will be provided
