National Registry of CPE SponsorsThe Appraisal Institute is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors.

You will be asked to clear the calculator’s memory before and after the examination. Only one calculator is permitted in the testing room. Examinees taking most AI exams may bring their own calculator to use during the exam. Laptops, cellular phones, tablets, iPads, wearable technology (smart watch, Apple Watch, Google Glass, etc.), and other devices that can store data or connect to the Internet are NOT permitted during the exam. In addition, all watches, wallets, bags, and purses must be removed and stored out of reach prior to taking the exam.

TIME: Wednesday, June 3, 2020: Check in 8:00 am / Course 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

Thursday and Friday, June 4 and 5, 2020: Course 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

Saturday, June 6, 2020: Course 8:30 am to 3:00 pm / Exam 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm 

REGISTER EARLY - Register by April 27, 2020 to take advantage of the Early Price.
Tuitions will increase $50 on April 28, 2020, and $50 more on May 22, 2020. 

LOCATION - Class will be held in Classroom Avila B-100. A campus map showing the exact location of the room will be emailed to all registered students one week prior to the start date. 

PARKING ON CAMPUS: Information about where to park on campus, and how to purchase a parking permit, will be emailed to all registered students 2 to 3 weeks prior to the start date. 

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS: Up to 15 days prior to program start date, a $50.00 cancellation fee will be applied to all requests for cancellation. Between two and 14 days prior to program start date, a $230.00 cancellation fee will be applied to all requests for cancellation. Less than two days prior to program start date, no refunds will be given.

The San Diego Chapter reserves the rights to cancel, limit, or reschedule any event if the minimum enrollment level is not reached, and to change faculty assignments and facility locations at any time. Prospective students should confirm their registration with the Chapter office before making any non-refundable airline reservations. Transfers are not allowed.

The Appraisal Institute, the San Diego Chapter, the course or seminar Instructor, or the facility will not be responsible for any loss of students’ personal belongings.
