The registration price for the 7-Hour USPAP Update course includes the student manual - but does NOT include the required 2020-2021 USPAP book. EACH STUDENT NEEDS TO BRING THEIR OWN COPY OF THE 2020-2021 USPAP BOOK WHICH CAN BE PURCHASED THROUGH THE APPRAISAL FOUNDATION at the following address: https://www.appraisalfoundation.org/imis/TAF/Store/TAF/Products.aspx Per the Appraisal Foundation, a student can use an electronic copy of the USPAP Book on a laptop. However, each student must have their OWN copy. In other words, each student must have a device with a copy of the USPAP Book. Sharing a copy is not acceptable! If someone does not have a copy available at the class, they cannot receive credit and no registration refunds will be given. NOTE: There will NOT be any copies of the book available for purchase the day of the class so please come prepared with your own USPAP material (the 2020-2021 Edition). If using an electronic version, please make sure to have it downloaded before arriving!

Experiences

Unless otherwise noted, the course price does not include a copy of the current USPAP edition, which is required for course credit. When the chapter does not include, participants must bring their own copy of the USPAP edition to class.

CANCELLATION POLICY

      ·  Up to 15 days prior to the program start date, refund in full.

·  10-14 days prior to the program state date, $100.00 cancellation fee.

·  Less than 10 days prior to the program start date, forfeit of payment.

 

TRANSFER POLICY

      ·  Up to 15 days prior to the program start date, $25.00 transfer fee.

·  10-14 days prior to the program state date, $50.00 transfer fee.

·  Less than 10 days prior to the program start date, no transfer allowed.
