Program Hours and Materials
Online check-in will begin at 8:00am on Monday, February 28. Instruction will run from 8:30am – 4:30pm (Pacific Time) and will be conducted using ZOOM as the interactive learning platform. There is no exam associated with this offering. In addition to the course materials, all students must come to class with either a print or downloadable copy of the current version of USPAP 2020-21.
Tips on Downloading the Course Handbook
If you opted to download the program materials for this offering, it is HIGHLY recommended that you do so in advance. The new version of this course is very interactive. If possible and to fully engage in the material search features in the 2022-23 Reference Manual and 2020-21 USPAP, registrants will benefit from accessing this information electronically. Therefore, it is advantageous (if possible) to have one device/monitor for the ZOOM and another for the materials especially during the afternoon breakout sessions. Students will be sent a link for the course solutions / answers after the completion of the course.

Required Texts
As mentioned above, all students must report to class with a copy of the current version of USPAP 2020-21. This publication is available directly from The Appraisal Foundation and should be ordered well in advance to ensure delivery.
Do we really need the 2020-21 USPAP for an updated 2022-23 offering? Yes, learn why.
To order USPAP 2020-21, visit www.appraisalfoundation.org (click on the live link). The electronic and print versions of USPAP 2020-21 are both acceptable. Neither hardcopy printed course materials nor USPAP 2020-21 will be available for purchase from the Northern California Chapter. Those relying on downloadable materials or access to USPAP, are strongly encouraged to pre-download and print these documents or perhaps view them on a secondary device during the virtual presentation.
Required Equipment
This class will be held via Interactive Technology (ZOOM). It is the student's responsibility to have the required equipment - dependable Internet access, computer with webcam, speakers and microphone. Some registrants may find a secondary device (ipad, phone, laptop or desktop computer) helpful during instruction. Cell phones are better used only as a secondary rather than primary viewing device.
ZOOM Links and Assistance
The ZOOM link will be sent within 24-48 hours of the offering ONLY to confirmed registrants who have provided their Photo ID/DL in advance.
