Plan to arrive between 8am-8:30am to get checked in by 8:30am. As with every other USPAP class you've taken from the Appraisal Institute over the years this class requires two books, not just one. The books are: the 2020-2021 USPAP book that you order from the Appraisal Foundation and after registering you can download the handbook from the Appraisal Institute website to either save the pdf or print it. Don't wait until the morning of the class to do this.

  • Reference Manual (116 pp.)
Unless otherwise noted, the course price does not include a copy of the current USPAP edition, which is required for course credit. When the chapter does not include, participants must bring their own copy of the USPAP edition to class.
