Notes

7 Hour USPAP: This is a 7-Hour Course with two (2) required books; the 2020-2021, 7 Hour USPAP Student Handbook and the 2020-2021 Uniform Standards for Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP book). The chapter has a small amount of copies of the USPAP book to sell for $75 or you can purchase a download copy from the Appraisal Foundation, www.appraisalfoundation.org.

Please keep in mind that you need to choose materials at registration to get a hard copy of the student handbook, otherwise you will only receive the download version. The chapter will not have student handbooks for sale.

Unless otherwise noted, the course price does not include a copy of the current USPAP edition, which is required for course credit. When the chapter does not include, participants must bring their own copy of the USPAP edition to class.

Cancellation Policy

If a student wishes to cancel enrollment, a cancellation notice must be submitted in writing via email stating the reason for the cancellation to Debra Miller at metronj@ai-newjersey.org.

 

Cancellation Fees for Most Courses and Seminars:

·         Up to 5 days prior to the program start date, $25 -$50 cancel fee depending on the program.

·         Less than 5 days prior to the program start date, no refund will be provided.

 For classroom courses: Up to 5 days prior to the program start date, $25 -$50 cancel fee depending on the program and less than 5 days prior to the program start date, no refund will be provided.

For virtual courses: Up to 1 day prior to the program start date, $10 - $50 cancel fee depending on the program and

Less than 1 day prior to the program start date, no refund will be provided.

Additional Information

Class will run from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, Eastern Standard Time. There will be 5 minute breaks throughout the program and a lunch break.

The class will open at 8:00 am to check devices and ensure you can meet the Virtual education requirements.

Roll call was start at 8:30 am sharp.

100% attendance required with audio video requirements met for the 100% requirement.

Most states have approved the virtual course, but you should check all the states you are licensed to confirm.
