The University of Phoenix is located west of I-75, Central Expressway, at the SE corner of Coit Road and Churchill Way.


Unless otherwise noted, the course price does not include a copy of the current USPAP edition, which is required for course credit. When the chapter does not include, participants must bring their own copy of the USPAP edition to class.

Course material is automatically provided to ALL students via a download option. Please bring your laptop/reader to class with the downloaded material or bring a printed copy of the material with you. If you paid extra to receive printed material, it will be shipped directly to you. If you do not receive the material shipment by the course date, you should bring a downloaded copy with you via laptop or printed.

Please be reminded that all students are required to bring a copy of the NEW 2020-2021 USPAP to class. Credit for the course cannot be given if you don't have the USPAP book with you.

Lecture – 8:30am to 4:30pm

Texas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board (TALCB) = 7 hours (ACE), #37904, expires 12/31/2021


Tuition includes downloadable course material - it does not include a printed set of course material. TUITION DOES NOT INCLUDE THE NEW 2020-2021 EDITION OF USPAP, WHICH IS REQUIRED FOR THE COURSE.
