The class will be held IN-PERSON at the Salt Lake Board of Realtors office: 230 W Towne Ridge Pkwy, Sandy, Utah. 

Registration will begin at 8:00am

Class will begin at 8:30am

You will have an hour on your own for lunch

Class will end at 4:30pm

The registration price for the 7-Hour USPAP Update course includes the student manual - but does NOT include the required USPAP book. EACH STUDENT NEEDS TO BRING THEIR OWN COPY OF THE 2020-2021 USPAP BOOK WHICH CAN BE PURCHASED THROUGH THE APPRAISAL FOUNDATION.

Unless otherwise noted, the course price does not include a copy of the current USPAP edition, which is required for course credit. When the chapter does not include, participants must bring their own copy of the USPAP edition to class.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations/Refunds: Requests for cancellations must be received in writing at the chapter office. Confirmed students should not assume that cancellation has been granted until a confirmation has been received. Direct your email requests to: execdir@ai-utah.com.

The registration price for the 7-Hour USPAP Update course includes the student manual - but does NOT include the required USPAP book. EACH STUDENT NEEDS TO BRING THEIR OWN COPY OF THE 2020-2021 USPAP BOOK WHICH CAN BE PURCHASED THROUGH THE APPRAISAL FOUNDATION at the following address: https://www.appraisalfoundation.org/imis/TAF/Store/TAF/Products.aspx Per the Appraisal Foundation. A student can use an electronic copy of the USPAP Book on a laptop. However, each student must have their OWN copy. In other words, each student must have a device with a copy of the USPAP Book. Sharing a copy is not acceptable! If someone does not have a copy available at the class, they cannot receive credit and no registration refunds will be given. NOTE: There will NOT be any copies of the book available for purchase the day of the class so please come prepared with your own USPAP material (the 2020-2021 Edition). If using an electronic version, please make sure to have it downloaded before arriving!

One hundred percent (100%) attendance is required for all Appraisal Institute education programs. This follows Appraiser Qualification Board minimum criteria requirements. Students should not be late or leave early. If you are late or leave early you will not receive credit.

Class Materials: Tuition fee includes the pdf downloadable copy of class materials. (USPAP book is NOT included, you must purchase separately) Students may purchase a print copy of class materials for an additional fee at time of registration.  No class materials will be available at class.

Class Materials-Download: Please bring your download materials with you or have them loaded on your laptop ready for viewing. No additional materials will be available at the class. Please download your materials before you come to class.

Class Materials-Printed: If you opted to purchase a printed material at an additional fee when registering, they will be shipped directly to you, please bring them with you. No additional materials will be available at the class.
