Class Information: The class will be held at the Salt Lake Board of Realtors office in the Snowbird room: 230 W Towne Ridge Pkwy, Sandy UT. Registration will begin at 8:00am Class will begin at 8:30am Hour on your own for lunch Class will end at 5:00 pm

You will be asked to clear the calculator’s memory before and after the examination. Only one calculator is permitted in the testing room. Examinees taking most AI exams may bring their own calculator to use during the exam. Laptops, cellular phones, tablets, iPads, wearable technology (smart watch, Apple Watch, Google Glass, etc.), and other devices that can store data or connect to the Internet are NOT permitted during the exam. In addition, all watches, wallets, bags, and purses must be removed and stored out of reach prior to taking the exam.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy • Up To 15 days prior to program start date, $10.00 cancellation fee • 7 - 14 days prior to program start date, $25.00 cancellation fee • Less than 7 days prior to program start date, forfeit of payment Cancellations/Refunds: Requests for cancellations must be received in writing at the chapter office. The Utah Chapter of the Appraisal Institute is not responsible for students' non-refundable airline reservations or other travel expenses. The Chapter reserves the right to cancel, limit, or reschedule the program and to change faculty assignments and facility locations at any time.
