January 18: 7 Hour USPAP- 2022/2023 Version

     This offering is in-person, there is no virtual component. The State of Wisconsin has approved 7 hours CE for the current two-year license cycle expiring 12/14/2023.  To be compliant with the current USPAP biennium, each student must bring a copy of the following three publications:

1.     The 2020-2021 USPAP Manual (not provided with registration). 

2.     The Student Manual, effective 2022-2023 (provided with registration)

3.     The USPAP Reference Manual, effective 2022 (provided with registration)

Students must bring a copy (hard copy or electronic) with them.  To purchase a print or electronic copy of the publication, please visit The Appraisal Foundation.

  • Reference Manual (116 pp.)  
Unless otherwise noted, the course price does not include a copy of the current USPAP edition, which is required for course credit. When the chapter does not include, participants must bring their own copy of the USPAP edition to class.
