Stephanie Coleman, MAI, SRA: "I will be able to teach the new (2023) course in December."

Online check-in will begin at 8:00 am Arizona Time (the early check-in allows students time to test their equipment)
Class hours are 8:30 am - 4:30 pm (scheduled morning and afternoon breaks, plus a lunch break will be taken).

The Wednesday before class, we will email the Zoom log-in link to you (the phone "call-in" option is NOT available).

This class requires two publications:

  • 2020-2021 USPAP book from the Appraisal Foundation (the same one you used last time you took USPAP!).
  • Handbook from the Appraisal Institute--you will download the handbook from the AI website after registering for the class.

The morning of the class you will be asked to show just the cover of both books before the class starts. If you have electronic versions, please print the cover of both to verify that you have both books with you.(Please make sure you DO NOT wait until the morning of the class to do this.)

A camera and microphone are required for all Zoom classes. Your camera needs to be on at all times so we can verify your attendance. If your camera is off and we can't see or reach you, we have to assume that you've left class and you WILL NOT receive continuing ed. credit or receive a refund.

Course Materials Include:
  • Course Handbook (82 pp.)
  • Reference Manual (116 pp.)
Unless otherwise noted, the course price does not include a copy of the current USPAP edition, which is required for course credit. When the chapter does not include, participants must bring their own copy of the USPAP edition to class.
To purchase a print or electronic copy of the publication, please visit The Appraisal Foundation.
