ASB Extends USPAP

The Appraisal Standards Board (ASB) and The Appraisal Foundation (TAF) announced in February that the current edition of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) will be extended by one year. 2020-2021 USPAP will now be effective until December 31, 2022.

7-Hour USPAP Update Course

The 7-Hour USPAP Update course, available later this year, has been revised by TAF and will be effective until December 31, 2023. Course materials will include a new reference manual in addition to the student handbook. The new reference manual is over 100 pages and was developed to help appraisers easily find answers to questions regarding USPAP.

If students have previously obtained these outlines, the purchase price will not be deducted from the tuition fees.
