IMPORTANT: If you are seeking credit for this offering from a state outside of California, check directly with your state licensing board(s) - before registering - to make sure that they will accept (1) virtual classroom credit and/or (2) credit from an out-of-state provider.  Use caution in relying on information that appears on websites as some states do not consider "virtual" classroom education equivalent to "classroom" education.  This is a nationally-developed Appraisal Institute program so credit may be available from other states.  However, some states outside of California may have additional reporting requirements that the chapter is not able to comply with.
