Notes

This seven hour in person class will be held at Clackamas Community College/29353 SW Town Center Loop East, Wilsonville, OR 97070. The class will be held in Room 111. There is plenty of parking at this campus, no need for a perrmit. Go through the main entrance door if there is someone at the desk let them know you're there for an Appraisal Institute class, and you know the room is 111. If no one is at the desk the room is to the left down the hall.  .  


Class hours are 8:30am-4:30pm, with a one hour lunch. Check in time is 8am-8:30am. Please arrive during that time to get checked in.

It's to your advantage to download/print or save the pdf of the class material when you register. Please don't wait until the morning of the class to do this just in case there is a problem and the system is down. If you're bringing a laptop/iPad to the class make sure to bring your own power cord if your laptop/iPad won't stay charged for the entire day. There may not be many outlets in the room.
