You will be asked to clear the calculator’s memory before and after the examination. Only one calculator is permitted in the testing room. Examinees taking most AI exams may bring their own calculator to use during the exam. Laptops, cellular phones, tablets, iPads, wearable technology (smart watch, Apple Watch, Google Glass, etc.), and other devices that can store data or connect to the Internet are NOT permitted during the exam. In addition, all watches, wallets, bags, and purses must be removed and stored out of reach prior to taking the exam.

Registration/Class, Friday & Saturday, Sept. 25 and 26, 2020:  8:15 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Sunday, September 27, 2020:  No class – day off

Wednesday, September 28, 2020:   8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Thursday, September 29, 2020:  8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Exam:  3:00 – 5:00 p.m.

Cancellation Policy

  • Up To 15 days prior to program start date, $100.00 cancellation fee
  • 7 - 14 days prior to program start date, $200.00 cancellation fee

Required Equipment

  •  A laptop computer is required with a flash drive and Microsoft Word and Excel OR form software with AI Reports® Form 100, Summary Appraisal Report • Residential, installed OR other word processing/spreadsheet program AND Adobe software for converting files to PDFs.
  •  A financial calculator is required. The accepted model used in the program is the HP-12C. AI education programs that require a financial calculator are developed with HP-12C keystrokes; using this model is highly recommended.
  •  You must be familiar with calculator operation when the program begins. Do not enroll expecting to be taught how to use a financial calculator.

State QE & CE:  This class is approved in other states.  Students should contact their specific state to determine current education approval and requirements.

Class Materials-Download:   Please bring your download materials with you or have them loaded on your laptop ready for viewing.  No additional materials will be available at the class.

Class Materials-Printed:   If you opted to purchase a printed material at an additional fee when registering, they will be shipped to you 30 days prior to the program.  Please bring materials with you to class.  No additional materials will be available.
