Unless otherwise noted, the course price does not include a copy of the current USPAP edition, which is required for course credit. When the chapter does not include, participants must bring their own copy of the USPAP edition to class.

Important: 2020-2021 USPAP Book is required to attend class. A copy of USPAP is not included in the tuition.

In addition to the student course handbook, (download or shipped directly to you from the Appraisal Institute - the option you selected at the time of initial registration). All students must bring their own copy of the 2020-2021 version of USPAP to class.

Note: Students that come to class without the 2020-21 USPAP (either print or electronic) will not receive continuing education credit.

Cancellation Policy

• Up To 15 days prior to program start date, $0.00 cancellation fee

• 7 - 14 days prior to program start date, $10.00 cancellation fee

• Less than 7 days prior to program start date, forfeit of payment.


Course Attendance-Don’t be late:  One hundred percent (100%) attendance is required for all Appraisal Institute education programs.  This follows Appraiser Qualification Board minimum criteria requirements. Students should not be late or leave early.  If you are late or leave early you will not receive credit.
