This class will be at SouthState Bank, Operations Center in Winter Haven FL- Masks highly recommended. 

This 7-hour update course, copyrighted by The Appraisal Foundation, focuses on recent changes to USPAP requirements for ethical behavior and competent performance by appraisers. The course, which clarifies several commonly misunderstood aspects of USPAP, will aid participants in all areas of appraisal practice seeking updated competency in USPAP, including those subject to state licensing or certification and continuing education requirements imposed by professional organizations, client groups, or employers.

Unless otherwise noted, the course price does not include a copy of the current USPAP edition, which is required for course credit. When the chapter does not include, participants must bring their own copy of the USPAP edition to class.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy 

• Up To 15 days prior to program start date, $15.00 cancellation fee 

• 3 - 14 days prior to program start date, $40.00 cancellation fee 

• Less than 3 days prior to program start date, forfeit of payment 

Cancellations/Refunds: Requests for cancellations must be received in writing at the chapter office. Confirmed students should not assume that cancellation has been granted until a confirmation has been received. Direct your email requests to: wcoastfl@tampabay.rr.com.

Schedule

8:30 AM- 8:55 AM - Check in - Class will begin at 9:00 AM

9 AM - 5 PM - Class instruction

1 hour lunch break at 12 Noon.

You will receive a CE Certificate once you complete the online program evaluation located in your Chapter Portal which will be available for two weeks.

Attendance: One hundred percent (100%) attendance is required for all Appraisal Institute education programs. This follows Appraiser Qualification Board minimum criteria requirements. Students should not be late or leave early. If you are late or leave early you will not receive credit.
