Unless otherwise noted, the course price does not include a copy of the current USPAP edition, which is required for course credit. When the chapter does not include, participants must bring their own copy of the USPAP edition to class.

Class Schedule:
Friday, November 20, 2020.
Class begins at 9:00AM Central time (7:00AM Pacific, 8:00AM Mountain, 10:00AM Eastern). Class runs for seven (7) hours with a one hour lunch break and two 15-minute breaks. This course runs for one day.

  • Login and Roll Call:   8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. Central Time
  • Class Instruction:  9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Central Time
  • Lunch:  Noon – 1:00 p.m. Central Time (one hour)
Connection Information:
You will receive a separate email from the Appraisal Institute within 24 hours after registration with login connection access information.
Virtual Classroom Participation Requirements: 
  • You must have a computer, webcam, and microphone capability to participate and receive continuing education credit where approved. It is your responsibility to have the required equipment to participate and receive credit.Visit the System Requirements for Attendees and Share Webcam pages for help.
  • The instructor must be able to see and interact with all students. Attendance will be monitored throughout the day. Instructors and administrators will direct questions to each student in the morning and afternoon to which students must respond. Students must be in a location that allows for their full attention and interaction.
  • A redacted copy of your driver's license must be emailed to the Appraisal Institute office at webinars@appraisalinstitute.org as verification of your identity, after you have registered for the offering, and prior to the start date.  In addition, if requested during class, you are required to hold up a photo ID. 
  • You must bring your own copy (either print or electronic version) of the 2020-2021 USPAP to class.  Please note that students who come to class without the 2020-21 USPAP will not receive continuing education credit.
    (The 2020-21 USPAP is a separate document from the student course handbook that you receive from the Appraisal Institute when you register. The 2020-21 USPAP is not included as part of the class materials, and must be purchased separately from The Appraisal Foundation at https://www.appraisalfoundation.org/imis/TAF/Store/TAF/Products.aspx.)

Please note that not all states have approved Virtual education, therefore, registrants MUST CHECK their individual states for approval BEFORE registering for the Program. Before registering for the Program, registrants understand and agree that continuing education credit for this program MAY NOT be available in their state on the date of the Program. The Appraisal Institute is not responsible if credit is not available for the Program in individual states. Please note: State exceptions for virtual education may expire PRIOR to the offering date.

State Credit

Please note that 100% attendance is required in order to receive any approved state credit or to be awarded AI CE points. It is imperative that you check with your state board for state approval information before completing registration.
