REQUIREMENT   ATTENDEE MUST HAVE WORKING CAMERA AND AUDIO   NO EXCEPTIONS

You must be visible and able to communicate during the entire course offering. 

Attendance will be taken at the beginning of the course and during the course.  Breaks will be held.

Lunch break will be one hour. 

REQUIRED COURSE MATERIALS

1. Attendees when registering select AI Student manual and materials; either download or hard copy (if hard copy cost and shipping will be charged to registrant)

2. Attendees are REQUIRED TO HAVE A 2020-2021 APPRAISAL FOUNDATION USPAP BOOK. Attendee may download or order and pay for hard copy.  Available through The Appraisal Foundation.  This requirement will be requested during the course offering.

The Colorado Chapter does not have any materials available for this offering.
