Online check-in will begin at 8:00am on Monday, August 24. Instruction will run from 8:30am – 4:30pm (Pacific Time) and will be conducted using ZOOM as the interactive learning platform. There is no exam associated with this CE offering. Note. Applications in Litigation Valuation: A Pragmatist’s Guide is required for this seminar and must be accessible during instruction. If you do not already have this textbook, please be sure to order in advance from the Appraisal Institute's online store; shipping fees apply and will be determined at check-out. There is not a separate student handbook for this seminar.

This class will be held via Interactive Technology (ZOOM). It is the student's responsibility to have the required equipment - Internet access, computer, webcam and microphone. Some registrants may find a secondary device (ipad, phone, laptop or desktop computer) helpful during instruction.

Those who check into the interactive platform late, leave early or leave during non-scheduled breaks may jeopardize receipt of credit. Webcams must remain "on" and registrants must remain visible throughout the scheduled instructional periods.
Appraisal Institute: Full attendance (100%) enables Designated Members and Practicing Affiliates to receive 35 AI CEC points.
BREA Continuing: Complex Litigation: Appraisal Case Studies has been approved by the California BREA for 7-hours (#18CP754601302) of CEC. Licensed/certified appraisers seeking BREA CEC must meet the 100% attendance requirement. [Note: This particular offering is based on the "live" version that falls under the temporary exemption for virtual / online education due to COVID / SIP restrictions.]
BREA Basic/Qualifying: Complex Litigation: Appraisal Case Studies is not approved for BREA qualifying education (QE) credit.
If you are seeking credit for this offering from a state outside of California, check with your state licensing board(s) to make sure an out-of-state virtual offering will be accepted before registering.

Note: Effective 10/01/19 students will be able to access their attendance certificates 24/7 through the Appraisal Institute's netFORUM association management program. The Northern California Chapter does not have direct access to certificates for programs held after this time. Written cancellations received by Monday, August 10, are subject to a $35 cancellation fee. Cancellations received after that time but prior to noon on Monday, August 17, are subject to a $55 cancellation fee. No refunds for cancellations received after August 17 or for program "no shows".
