Online check-in will begin at 8:00am on Monday, August 24.  Instruction will run from 8:30am – 4:30pm (Pacific Time) and will be conducted using ZOOM as the interactive learning platform.  There is no exam associated with this CE offering.  Note. Applications in Litigation Valuation: A Pragmatist’s Guide is required for this seminar and must be accessible during instruction. If you do not already have this textbook, please be sure to order in advance from the Appraisal Institute's online store; shipping fees apply and will be determined at check-out.

                This class will be held via Interactive Technology (ZOOM).  It is the student's responsibility to have the required equipment - Internet access, computer, webcam and microphone.  Some registrants may find a secondary device (ipad, phone, laptop or desktop computer) helpful during instruction.

Licensed/certified appraisers seeking BREA CEC must meet the 100% attendance requirement. [Note:  This particular offering is based on the "live" version that falls under the temporary exemption for virtual / online education due to COVID / SIP restrictions.]

                BREA Basic/QualifyingComplex Litigation: Appraisal Case Studies is not approved for BREA qualifying education (QE) credit.

                Written cancellations received by Monday, August 10, are subject to a $35 cancellation fee.  Cancellations received after that time but prior to noon on Monday, August 17, are subject to a $55 cancellation fee.  No refunds for cancellations received after August 17 or for program "no shows".  Cancellations can be emailed to
