View Additional Offerings Sponsored by the Northern California Chapter

This class will be held via interactive virtual classroom technology. It is the student's responsibility to have the required equipment – dependable Internet access, computer with webcam and microphone.

If you are seeking credit from a state outside of California, check with your state licensing board to make sure that it will grant approval for (1) an out-of-state virtual classroom offering and (2) accepts offerings from an out-of-state provider prior to registering. This is a nationally-developed Appraisal Institute program so credit may be available from other states.  However, some states outside of California may have additional reporting requirements that the chapter is not able to comply with.

There is NO examination required for this virtual offering.

Experiences

Course Materials Include:

  • Course Handbook (237 pp.)
  • AI Professional Practices Booklet Supplement (152 pp.)

Note. The AQB approved this course for 6 hours of CE. Check with your state for approved credit hours.
