Appraisal Institute: Full attendance (100%) enables Designated Members and Practicing Affiliates to receive 20 AI CEC points. This offering meets ADQC's advanced topic criteria; hence it receives a higher points per hour ratio.
BREA Continuing: Contract or Effective Rent has been approved by the California BREA for 4-hours (#15CP754601146) of CEC. Licensed/certified appraisers seeking BREA CEC must meet the 100% attendance requirement. [Note: This particular offering is based on the "live" version that falls under the temporary exemption for virtual / online education due to COVID / SIP restrictions.]
BREA Basic/Qualifying: Contract or Effective Rent is not approved for BREA qualifying education (QE) credit.
SBE (State Board of Equalization): Contract or Effective Rent has been approved for 4-hours of SBE training credit (CAR# 101517) for assessors who meet the 100% attendance requirement.
If you are seeking credit for this offering from a state outside of California, check directly with your state licensing board(s) to make sure an out-of-state virtual offering will be accepted before registering. Use caution in relying on information that appears on websites as some states do not consider "virtual" education equivalent to "classroom" education.
