Cancellation Policy

With written requests postmarked 14 days or more prior to event, funds will be granted less a $3 cancellation fee.  For written requests postmarked 7 to 13 days prior to event, refunds will be granted less a $5 cancellation fee. Cancellations 6 days or less prior to the event and “no shows” the day of the event will forfeit payment.

Arkansas Chapter, AI Business Meeting and End of Year Banquet to include reports from Officers, Committee Chairs, and discussions and actions where needed throughout the meeting along with the installation of our 2023 ARAI Officers & Directors, and an enjoyable holiday dinner.
