Virtual Meeting Participation Guidelines: Students must have webcam/iphone/ipad/smartphone capability to participate and receive continuing education credit. The platform will be interactive and live. The instructor must be able to physically see and interact with all students and students must be able see and interact with the instructor. A copy of your driver's license must be emailed to the Chapter office as verification after you have registered for the offering three days prior to the offering start date. ZOOM access link will be emailed to student prior to the offering in separate email from registration confirmation. You do not need a paid account from ZOOM to participate. If you are using your Ipad/Iphone/smartphone please download the ZOOM app prior to offering. Please check your webcam privacy settings on your computer. If you have a Lenovo laptop, you must have the Lenovo Vantage App installed on your computer for webcam to work. Students with multiple licenses should check their states for approval of Virtual Education.


Unless otherwise noted, the course price does not include a copy of the current USPAP edition, which is required for course credit. When the chapter does not include, participants must bring their own copy of the USPAP edition to class.

Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Enrollment Cancellation Policy:

If a student wishes to cancel enrollment, a cancellation notice must be submitted in writing via email stating the reason for the cancellation to Debra Miller at metronj@ai-newjersey.org

Cancellation Fees:

·         Up to 15 days prior to the program start date, $25 cancel fee

·         3-14 days prior to the program start date, $50 cancel fee

·         Less than 3 days prior to the program start date, no refund will be provided

The 7 Hour USPAP Update student handbook is included as a download with your registration. If you wish to purchase a printed handbook, you will need to choose printed materials when registering. The Appraisal Foundation's USPAP book which is required for this course, can be purchased from the Appraisal Foundation at www.appraisalfoundation.org.  The chapter may have copies of the USPAP book for sale ($75): You can email the chapter at metronj@ai-newjersey.org if interested to see if the USPAP book is available for purchase.

Please note that not all states have approved Virtual education, therefore, registrants MUST CHECK their individual states for approval BEFORE registering for the Program. The Appraisal Institute is not responsible if credit is not available for the Program in individual states. Please note: State exceptions for virtual education may expire PRIOR to the offering date.

State Credit

Please note that 100% attendance is required in order to receive any approved state credit or to be awarded AI CE points. It is imperative that you check with your state board for state approval information before completing registration.
