Each live online synchronous session runs for 4.0 hours each day with at least 2 breaks during that time. The course runs for 8 half-days.

Class Schedule:

Class begins each day at 10:00AM Central (8:00AM Pacific, 9:00AM Mountain, 11:00AM Eastern). Each class runs for four (4) hours each day with two 10-minute breaks per day. The program runs for four (8) half-days.

Attendance Policy:

The Appraisal Institute issues certificates for state certification/licensing or state continuing education credit that verify successful completion and attendance of 100% with your grade notification letter. Please note, if Appraisal Institute attendance records indicate attendance of less than 100%, the student certificate will reflect this and state agencies may refuse to award credit.
Live Online (Synchronous)


You will choose how you wish to receive your materials during registration. By default, after registration you can download materials online from your Education and Events page under My Account when you login to the Appraisal Institute website. You can choose to have materials mailed to you. Printing and shipping fees will apply. In addition, depending on the date you register, some mailed materials may not arrive before the program starts.
Note: For designation education synchronous programs, some materials (usually Excel spreadsheets), are not available for download from the program. These materials are only available for download after students have completed a required pre-class online session through our learning management system. Check the program description for more information about the online session. Instructors may also post new materials during the class. After the class ends, these materials will remain available online for one year.

Continuing Education Credit
This course is approved for thirty three (33) hours of Appraisal Institute continuing education credit. This course might not be approved in all states by the offering date. Please check with your state board for state approval information.
This confirmation will serve as your receipt. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Confirmed students should not assume that cancellation has been granted until a confirmation has been received.
