This course is offered at the historic Desoto House
Hotel in downtown Galena, Illinois. Convenient to north east Iowa, south west
Wisconsin and northern Illinois this is an enjoyable location with fee parking
and shopping nearby. A lunch is included as well as coffee and water. Reasonably priced rooms are available if traveling
any distance or wanting to make this a destination visit. The class room will be open at 8:00 AM and class will start at 8:30 AM. Class should be over at 4:30 PM.

Unless otherwise noted, the course price does not include a copy of the current USPAP edition, which is required for course credit. When the chapter does not include, participants must bring their own copy of the USPAP edition to class. without any contact will have payment forfeited.

This USPAP update course is needed by Illinois Appraisers prior to
6/30/2022. You will need your 2020-2021 USPAP manual either hard copy or
electronic copy as we will be utilizing it during the course. You will be
choosing upon registration hard or electronic copies of the Student Manual for
the 2022-2023 Update course and USPAP Reference Manual. Printed materials
will not be available at the course location. Illinois course license

Students
must attend 100% of the class to receive credit.

State Credit
Please note that 100% attendance is required in order to receive any approved state credit or to be awarded AI CE points. It is imperative that you check with your state board for state approval information before completing registration.
