7-Hour National USPAP 2020-2021 Update Course

There are two (2) required books for this class: the 2020-2021, 7 Hour USPAP Update student handbook which is ordered through the Appraisal Institute and the Appraisal Foundation’s 2020-2021, Uniform Standards of Professional Practice (USPAP) Book. If you choose printed materials when registering for the Appraisal Institute course, you will pay an additional $15 plus shipping. If you do not choose printed materials, you will download your materials from your Appraisal Institute account portal, Education and Events section, and you must bring your laptop or print the materials to be used at class. In addition, you will need to purchase the Appraisal Foundation’s 2020-2021 USPAP Book at www.appraisalfoundation.org. The chapter will have a limited amount of USPAP books for purchase at class. Please email metronj@ai-newjersey.org to inquire about reserving a copy.


Unless otherwise noted, the course price does not include a copy of the current USPAP edition, which is required for course credit. When the chapter does not include, participants must bring their own copy of the USPAP edition to class.

Cancellation Information:

The Metro NJ Chapter will charge a 5% cancellation fee after registration and there will be no refunds up to 7 days before course date. All cancellations must be emailed to the Metro NJ Chapter, metronj@ai-newjersey.org.
