The class location will be determined due to the pandemic and depending on state requirements at the time of class.

Class runs from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm; 100% attendance is required.


Course Materials Include:

  • Course Handbook (104 pp.)

Unless otherwise noted, the course price does not include a copy of the current USPAP edition, which is required for course credit. When the chapter does not include, participants must bring their own copy of the USPAP edition to class.

Cancellation Policy

If a student wishes to cancel enrollment, a cancellation notice must be submitted in writing via email stating the reason for the cancellation to Debra Miller at metronj@ai-newjersey.org.

 A $10 administrative fee is charged for cancellations after registration and up to 8 days before the program.

A $25 cancel fee will be charged for cancellation between 4 - 7 days before the program 

No refund will be provided up to 3 days before the program.


Additional Information

7 Hour USPAP: This is a 7-Hour Course with two (2) required books; the 2020-2021, 7 Hour USPAP Student Handbook and the 2020-2021 Uniform Standards for Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP book). The chapter will not have copies of the USPAP book; you can purchase the book or a download copy from the Appraisal Foundation, www.appraisalfoundation.org.

Please keep in mind that you need to choose materials at registration to get a hard copy of the Appraisal Institute's USPAP handbook, otherwise you will only receive the download version. The chapter will not have student handbooks for sale.
