The Appraisal Standards Board voted on August 11, 2022 to extend the effective date of the current 2020-21 USPAP through December 31, 2023. Click here to learn more.


This class has been approved for 7 hours of continuing education in Tennessee under the approval code 2352.

(It should be approved in all other states, as well, but I strongly advise you to check with your state before registering to be sure).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:
- Up to 15 days prior to program start date, $25.00 cancellation fee. 
- 7-14 days prior to program start date, $50.00 cancellation fee.
- Less than 7 days prior to program start date, forfeit of payment.   

Transfer Policy:
- A $25 dollar fee is required to be paid to transfer into another program at any time prior to the program start date.

Registered attendees will receive an invite with the ZOOM meeting login credentials 1 day before class and then again 1 hour before class begins. 
Participants must:

·        have a computer (or smartphone) with a webcam and microphone (or dial in via phone) 
·        have internet access 
·        be able to scan a copy of a photo ID to myra@tnappraiser.org
