The 90-hour pre-licensing curriculum is approved for VA Education Benefits. If you are using VA education benefits for tuition payment, please notify the Atlanta Area Chapter AI Office at (770) 803-0024 and email sbrockway@aiatlanta.org, at least 30 days prior to the first day of class.


Unless otherwise noted, the course price does not include a copy of the current USPAP edition, which is required for course credit. When the chapter does not include, participants must bring their own copy of the USPAP edition to class.

You will be asked to clear the calculator’s memory before and after the examination. Only one calculator is permitted in the testing room. Examinees taking most AI exams may bring their own calculator to use during the exam. Laptops, cellular phones, tablets, iPads, wearable technology (smart watch, Apple Watch, Google Glass, etc.), and other devices that can store data or connect to the Internet are NOT permitted during the exam. In addition, all watches, wallets, bags, and purses must be removed and stored out of reach prior to taking the exam.

Full attendance and successful completion of the written exam qualifies students for 15 Appraisal Institute and Georgia Real Estate Appraiser Board credit hours. 100% attendance is required for all Appraisal Institute education programs. Students should not be late or leave early; if they are late or leave early, they will not receive credit.  The Georgia Real Estate Appraisers Board requires 100% attendance and a passing grade on the exams (75%). Partial credit is not awarded.

Enrollment Cancellation Policy:

If a student wishes to cancel enrollment, a cancellation notice must be submitted in writing via email stating the reason for the cancellation and your AI account #, to sbrockway@aiatlanta.org.


Enrollment Cancellation Fees:

Up to 15 days prior to the program start date, $25 cancel fee

3-14 days prior to the program start date, $50 cancel fee

Less than 3 days prior to the program start date, no refund will be provided

Please note that 100% attendance is required in order to receive any approved state credit or to be awarded AI CE points. It is imperative that you check with your state board for state approval information before completing registration.
