Program Hours and Materials
Online check-in will begin at 8:00am on Monday, December 13. Instruction will
run from 8:30am – 3:30pm (Pacific Time) and will be conducted
using ZOOM as the interactive learning platform. There is no exam
associated with this offering.
Beginning 4 weeks prior to the offering, all
students will have access to the downloadable course materials. If you would
like hardcopy (printed) materials sent to you in advance, both a print fee of
$25 and a shipping fee (TBD) apply. [Note: Shipping fee is calculated at the
time of online check-out. Print fee subject to change.]

This class will be held via Interactive Technology (ZOOM). It is the
student's responsibility to have the required equipment: Dependable Internet
access, computer with webcam, speakers and microphone. Some
registrants may find a secondary device (ipad, phone, laptop or
desktop computer) helpful during instruction. Cell phones are best used
only as a secondary rather than primary viewing device.

Education Credit Hours and Attendance
Those who check into
the interactive platform late, leave early or are not visible during
non-scheduled breaks may jeopardize receipt of credit.
Appraisal Institute: Full attendance (100%) enables Designated
Members and Practicing Affiliates to receive 30 AI CEC points. This
course is just one of the programs AI professionals have to complete to meet
their AI Standards requirement. Other offerings may include USPAP
7-Hour and/or USPAP 15-Hour.
BREA Continuing: Business Practices and Ethics has
been approved by the BREA (#19CP754601363) for 6-hours of CEC.
Licensed/certified appraisers seeking BREA CEC must meet the 100% attendance
requirement. [Note: This particular offering is based on the
"live" classroom version that falls under the temporary exemption for
virtual / online classroom education due to COVID / SIP restrictions.]
BREA Basic/Qualifying: Business Practices and Ethics is
not approved for BREA qualifying education (QE) credit.
If you are seeking credit for this offering
from a state outside of California, check with your state licensing board(s) to
make sure an out-of-state virtual offering will be accepted before
registering. It is best to speak directly with a representative from your
board rather than relying on information posted to the web. Note: Some states outside
of California may have additional pre-approval or reporting requirements that the chapter is
not able to comply with.
