Please note: This class will be held by Zoom, a virtual interactive
classroom technology. Virtual classroom guidelines: ·
Students must have a computer, webcam,
and microphone capabilities to participate and receive continuing education
credit. ·
The instructor must be able to
physically see and interact with all students and students must be able to
interact with the instructor. · A
copy of your driver’s license must be emailed to the Chapter Office (executive.director@bluegrasschapter-ai.org)
as verification after you have registered and at least two
days prior to the start date. · You will receive a separate email from the Chapter office 24 hours before class with Zoom login
information. ·

Class Materials: Tuition fee includes the pdf
downloadable copy of class materials. Students may purchase a
print copy of class materials for an additional fee at time of registration.
No class materials will be available at class.
Class Schedule: Sign-in 8:00-8:30 a.m. Eastern Time | Class 8:30 a.m. – 4:15
p.m. (lunch break 45 minutes) | 100% Attendance is required
for all Appraisal Institute education programs. Students should not be late or
leave early. Those missing class times may not receive credit. Please review
"Cancellation Policy".

Cancellations/Refunds: Requests for cancellations must be
received in writing at the Chapter office. Confirmed students should not assume
that cancellation has been granted until a confirmation has been
received. Cancellation days are BUSINESS DAYS.
Cancel Fees 7 - 14 days prior to program start date, $25.00 cancellation fee.
Less than 7 days prior to program start date, forfeit of payment.
The Bluegrass Chapter of the Appraisal
Institute is not responsible for students' non-refundable airline reservations
or other travel expenses. The Chapter reserve the right to cancel, limit, or
reschedule the course and to change the faculty assignments and facility
locations at any time. Prospective students should confirm their registration
before making any non-refundable airline reservations.
Course Attendance: 100% attendance is required for all
Appraisal Institute education programs. This follows Appraiser Qualification
Board minimum criteria requirements.
ADA Policy: If you have a disability and may require
special accommodations, please notify the chapter office at least two weeks in
advance and we will arrange for reasonable accommodations.

Virtual Education Exception
Please note that not all states have approved Virtual education, therefore, registrants MUST CHECK their individual states for approval BEFORE registering for the Program. Before registering for the Program, registrants understand and agree that continuing education credit for this program MAY NOT be available in their state on the date of the Program. The Appraisal Institute is not responsible if credit is not available for the Program in individual states. Please note: State exceptions for virtual education may expire PRIOR to the offering date.
State Credit
Please note that 100% attendance is required in order to receive any approved state credit or to be awarded AI CE points. It is imperative that you check with your state board for state approval information before completing registration.
