Virtual Meeting Participation Guidelines: Students must have webcam/iphone/ipad/smartphone capability to participate and receive continuing education credit. The platform will be interactive and live. The instructor must be able to physically see and interact with all students and students must be able see and interact with the instructor. You must send a copy of a picture ID, which can be your driver's license with all details blacked out except the name and picture emailed to the Chapter office as verification after you have registered for the offering prior to the offering start date. You cannot take virtual education from a vehicle; you must be able to see the presentation, be seen and respond if necessary. ZOOM access link will be emailed to student prior to the offering in separate email from registration confirmation. If you are using your Ipad/Iphone/smartphone please download the ZOOM app prior to offering. Check state approvals before registering to make sure the states you are licensed have approved the course/seminar and allow Virtual education in place of classroom education during the pandemic.

This class will be held Virtually on Zoom. You will receive a Zoom link prior to the class. You must follow the Virtual Education requirements providing a picture ID and using a Webcam and Audio functions on your electronic device to be seen and heard throughout the program. You cannot take virtual education from a vehicle.

Class will begin at 9:00 am EST and end at 1:00 P.M.

Roll call at the beginning of class and after breaks.

The Zoom class will be open starting at 8;30 am to check your webcam and audio to meet the virtual requirements.

Please keep in mind that you need to choose materials at registration to get a hard copy of the student handbook, otherwise you will only receive the download version. The chapter will not have student handbooks for sale.

Cancellation Policy

If a student wishes to cancel enrollment, a cancellation notice must be submitted in writing via email stating the reason for the cancellation to Debra Miller at


 A $5 administrative fee is charged for cancellations after registration and up to 1 day before the program.

No refund will be provided for cancellations on the day of class, for no shows or non-compliance of Virtual requirements.

Additional Information

100% attendance required with audio video requirements met for the 100% requirement.

This class has been submitted to New Jersey, New York and PA State Boards for Virtual Approval. Check the Appraisal Institute for other state approval to ensure the seminar is approved in the states you are licensed.

The chapter reserves the right to change class dates, location, and instructor if necessary, especially during the pandemic. If this is a Virtual Class, you must be able to meet the Virtual Education audio-video requirements to get credit for this course.

Please note that 100% attendance is required in order to receive any approved state credit or to be awarded AI CE points. It is imperative that you check with your state board for state approval information before completing registration.
