Notes

The course is offered at Rockford Area Association of Realtors 'NEW' location at 1161 Tebala Blvd., Rockford, IL.  It is in the same building as the Upper Iowa University campus in Rockford.  Coffee, water and soda will be provided.  The large class room will allow for spreading out and masks are encouraged and local mandates will be followed if any.  Lunch will be on your own.  There are numerous restaurants and motels within a short drive of the classroom location. The building will open at 8:00 AM and class will start at 8:30 AM.  Class should be over at 4:30 PM.

  • Reference Manual (116 pp.)  
Unless otherwise noted, the course price does not include a copy of the current USPAP edition, which is required for course credit. When the chapter does not include, participants must bring their own copy of the USPAP edition to class.

Cancellation Policy - $50 cancellation fee.  No shows without any contact will have payment forfeited. 

Additional Information

This USPAP update course is needed by Illinois Appraisers prior to 6/30/2022. You will need your 2020-2021 USPAP manual either hard copy or electronic copy as we will be utilizing it during the course.  You will be choosing upon registration hard or electronic copies of the Student Manual for the 2022-2023 Update course and USPAP Reference Manual.  Printed materials will not be available at the course location.  Illinois course license number is 575.010545.
